Join us on Saturday May 9th for one of the most meaningful sunrises of the year – Darkness Into Light 2026. 🌅

This annual walk is a powerful symbol of hope, bringing communities together to support mental health and suicide prevention.

We’ll be meeting for an unofficial walk at 6am around Marina Bay, followed by coffee and a chance to connect. ☕️✨

While this isn’t an official event, it’s an important opportunity for us to come together, reflect, and show our support for the mental health and wellbeing of our members and the wider community.

So please, come walk with us on May 9th – let’s step into the light, together. 💛

Meeting point - The Promontory @ Marina Bay.

We will be there from 5.45am to start walking at 6am.

If you can, wear yellow. 💛
